1) Ultraviolet aging performance



The ultraviolet aging test of the adhesive resin is tested according to the method specified in Method A in GB/T 16422.3-2014. After the adhesive resin is aged by salt spray, the retention rate of peel strength, tensile strength and elongation at break are all above 90%.


3) Thermo-oxidative aging performance


The thermal oxidative aging performance of the hot melt adhesive resin was characterized by the oxidation induction time, and the time when the adhesive resin began to undergo autocatalytic oxidation reaction at high temperature (200 ℃) and oxygen atmosphere was tested. The oxidation induction time of the adhesive resin is ≥ 20 minutes.


4) High and low temperature alternating aging resistance


High and low temperature alternating aging test of adhesive resin is to set lowest temperature to highest temperature from o-40℃ to 80℃, which set (-40±2)℃×2h, (80±2)℃×2h per cycle, cycle time is 50, and then test the adhesive resin peel strength. 5) Acid, alkali and salt resistance

6) Water resistance
